Description:

The bridge saw PKH 70M300 is primarily intended for cutting concrete materials, for example tiles, large format tiles, concrete slabs and other building materials using diamond blades with a diameter of 700 mm. The saw can cut wet reel water-cooled and is structurally adapted for dry cutting - the structure is adapted for connection of the central suction unit. On this device is forbidden to cut other materials than those intended (prohibition of cutting wood, glass materials, asbestos or other harmful substances).

This saw belongs to saws, where the workpiece is laid on the work table and the diamond blade moves along a line above the split material. The machine has two tables, sliding into the side of the saw. It allows to prepare the material for cutting on one table and on the other to perform the cut. The tables are arranged in a row, and their movements controlled manually. Frame of machine is welded from steel profiles and sheets, thus ensuring sufficient rigidity and precision saws. Frame arms is mounted cross member with a guide along which moves the body with the engine, on whose shaft is mounted under the cover plate. The housing is movable up and down and can be even with the engine tilted at an angle of 0-30 °. The engine is designed for intermittent operation and overload protection is protected by an internal thermal fuse. RPM, disc drive wheels to cut and the depth of cut is controlled by buttons on the cabinet. Cutting speed can be controlled by potentiometer. A tilt angle of cut is only adjusted crank on the side of the body. The saw is equipped with a laser bar to facilitate the work.
